Multiple floors of a Manhattan office building were scanned after completion of interior demolition. Scanning was done at close range intervals, capturing all sides of the remaining structural elements, piping and ductwork. Once processed, the data provided an accurate as-built 3D point cloud model for clash detection. Image to left shows a partial point cloud view of the building scan.
