This six story building, formerly home to the Tribeca Film Festival, was sold to a new owner and slated for development. 3D scanning was used throughout the building, capturing all facades, roof, stairways and floors. The resulting digital model, set to align with survey control points, was used to construct an accurate Revit model of existing conditions
