- Use Mainstream Industry Terminology – You say “3D Scanning of Building”, we say “Architectural Surveying.” You say “Laser Scanning”, but may mean high precision “Laser Tracking.” Make sure you are using the proper terminology when performing your searches or you may find yourself lacking the desired results.
- Keep Your End Result in Mind – You may know what you need to accomplish as your end result, but leave it to the professionals to advise you on how to achieve those results. Don’t try to search for the specific piece of equipment you think you need to do the job, search for the service that provides the type of work you need done first, then by speaking to the professionals, you will be advised which piece of equipment will provide you with those results.
