New Regional Office in Florida: A Precision Hub for Aerospace and Space Coast Industries
East Coast Metrology (ECM): A Division of In-Place Machining Company, has opened its Merritt Island, Florida office to better serve the fast-growing aerospace and advanced manufacturing sectors in the region. This new location positions ECM to deliver highly accurate metrology services locally, including cutting-edge measurement, alignment, and inspection solutions. 

Complementing ECM’s expertise, IPM adds specialized field machining capabilities to the regional offering, creating a powerful synergy that meets the unique demands of industries requiring rigorous accuracy and reliability.

New ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accredited Calibration Laboratories
Adding to its established calibration facilities in Topsfield, Massachusetts, and Wixom, Michigan, IPM has launched four new ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration labs in Chesapeake, Virginia, Merritt Island, Florida, Moline, Illinois, and Lake Elsinore, California. The new facilities ensure precise and reliable performance of critical equipment such as portable metrology tools, laser trackers, handheld laser scanners, coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), and CNC machines.
